  Bedlam Locomotive, formed in 1993 by three brothers, Mike, Chris and Rick Clarke were based in Ottawa, Ontario. They didn’t tour but they released one album “Gramp” in 1996. The album was dedicated to their grandfather, Gardner Westover, who passed away earlier that year. His image is on the cover of the album.
